Provider reference library
Helios Clinical Reference
One place for the numbers a peptide program runs on: lab targets, compound sheets, the Master Dosing Grid, contraindication screens, protocols and patient tools, every claim tied to a PubMed citation.

What’s inside
It opens in the browser on a laptop, a tablet or a phone, with one search box across everything: type a compound, a lab, a complaint or a synonym and the matching sheets, cards and grid rows come up together.
Built for the visit, not the lecture
- Approval cards. Open a product’s card, read the block list against the patient’s medications and history, and you have your answer before the patient leaves the room.
- Lab review. Enter the values you have. Each one is judged against the Helios optimal range for the patient’s sex, the out-of-range markers come back with their therapy line, and the agents hand off to the medication screen.
- Medication and condition screen. List what the patient takes, tick the conditions that apply, and the screen pulls every approval card whose block list names that drug, class or condition, with the exact line so you can read the basis.
- Units calculator. Pick the product from the grid, enter the dose, and get the draw in insulin-syringe units and millilitres using the grid’s own arithmetic. All three tools keep everything in your browser; nothing about the patient is sent anywhere.
- Master Class cross-reference. Each item that the Helios Peptide Master Class covers carries the module and section, so the reference and the course work as one system.
Who it’s for
Licensed providers and the clinical staff who run their peptide programs: MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, PharmDs and the nurses drawing up. It’s written for the provider, not the patient, and it isn’t medical advice. The treating provider makes every clinical call; the reference makes sure the numbers in front of them are current and sourced.
How it works
- Subscribe below and pay by card at checkout; the same card renews the subscription each month.
- Your login email arrives within a few minutes. Set a password, confirm your credential once, and the reference opens at helios-llc.com/reference. Bookmark it.
- Updates land in place. When a sheet changes you see the new version the next time you open the page; the About tab keeps the changelog and the review schedule.
- Cancel any time from the Customer Portal link in your Commas confirmation email (My Purchases, Active, Cancel Subscription). Access runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Licensed to the subscribing provider or practice for use within that practice. If you’re a Helios consulting client, it’s already included; write to clientservices@helios-llc.com and we’ll switch it on.
Questions we get
- Can my staff use it?
- Yes, within your practice. One login covers the practice; if you’d rather each provider had their own, email us the names and we’ll add them at no charge.
- Where do the doses come from?
- The Master Dosing Grid is the Helios source of record for product dosing. Literature doses, titration schedules and in-protocol doses are shown as context and are labeled as such wherever they differ from the grid.
- How current is it?
- Citations are PubMed records verified against PubMed at each build, and the literature is reviewed on the schedule printed on the About tab, with the version and build date in the masthead.
- Is it patient-facing?
- No. It’s a provider reference. The patient tools are for you to use in the room; nothing in the reference is written to be handed to a patient as is.
- Is there CME?
- No. This is reference material, not a course. The Helios Peptide Master Class is the training side; the reference points to it wherever the curriculum covers an item.
- What if I cancel?
- Cancel any time from the Customer Portal link in your Commas confirmation email: My Purchases, Active, then Cancel Subscription. Your access stays open to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing further is charged. Monthly payments aren’t refunded for part of a month. Lost the email? Write to clientservices@helios-llc.com and we’ll resend it.
