Keep the invoice, lot and quantity, batch certificate, receipt date and condition, arrival temperature, inspector and verification note, filed by lot.

The unbroken written record of who made, tested, held, shipped and received a peptide lot, with dates, quantities and lot numbers at every handoff.

A product can carry several genuine certificates: manufacturer release, independent lab report, repackager and per lot. Each must name its own lot number.

Read the vial label for product, strength, lot and expiry, find the same product, fill and lot on the certificate, then photograph and file the pair.

Batch date is when the lot was made, test date when the lab analyzed it, report date when the certificate issued. Dates out of order are a red flag.

A real COA names product, lot, release and expiry or retest dates, every test with method, limit and result, a dated signature and the lab’s address.

Match the lot on the vial, the lot on a batch-specific certificate and the lab’s own record before a vial is used. Any gap keeps the lot in quarantine.
